Characteristics: DMH is a white granular monosaccharide. It is obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch and subsequent purification and crystalization from solution.
Application:
1. The sweetness of Glucose is 60% - 70% of that of sucrose. It can be used in confections, cakes, beverages, biscuits, baked foods, medicinal drugs, jam, jelly and honey products for better taste, better quality and low cost.
2. For cakes and baked foods it can keep softness and taste, and extend shelf life.
3. Dextrose Powder can be dissolved. It can be widely used in beverages and cold food.
4. The powder is used in artificial fiber industries.
5. The property of Dextrose Powder is similar to that of high maltose syrup, so it is easy to be accepted in market.
