   Characteristics: Maltodextrin is of high fluidity, high solubility with proper mucosity; no particular smell; low moisture-absorption and low agglomeration. Its a good carrier for sweeteners, aromatizer and stuffing; also a fine emulsifier and thickener; It can improve the shaping process of food as a good bubble stabilizer and good counter-crystallization agent for crystal sweetener. It can be easily absorbed so it is suitable for patients, old persons and infants.
